Technologia Repair provides a 90-day material and workmanship warranty on the services and parts provided unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover future accidents nor does it cover water damaged devices. We are not responsible for any prior residual damage or any data loss.

Yes, we will keep you informed throughout the repair process by means of SMS notifications. When your device is ready for delivery, you will also receive an SMS and a call.

  • Once you book a collection and make payment online, you will receive an order number and our friendly staff will make to contact with you to arrange for the collection of your device.
  • Make sure that your device is properly packaged to ensure there is no further damage during transportation.
  • The device will be picked up by our designated courier and brought to our state of the art repair facility for assessment.
  • Our experienced technicians will then repair your device or provide you with a quotation for any additional damage that they might find.
  • Once you make your decision on the quotation, we will repair the device and perform our 30 point quality check to ensure everything is working correctly.
  • Lastly, our friendly staff will be in contact to arrange the delivery of your device back to you in with our speedy couriers.
